How does this platform work?


Go-OffMarket puts you, the seller, back in the driving seat. By registering with us, you are able to engage with all the best estate agents in your local area, without signing any contracts or publicising the fact that you're selling. 


We don’t ask for your full address or any photos. After creating your account you have the option to proved some extra basic details about your property. These practical details will not be visible or shared with anyone other than the registered Go-OffMarket Agents within your postcode. This will all only happen through our save and secure platform. To keep this promise non of your personal details will ever be shared with any of the Go-OffMarket Agents by us.


 


The agents will be notified when you come on as a new seller and will have the opportunity to view your details and get in touch through our secure, real-time, internal messaging system to gave you instant feedback on your property value and introduce you to their hot buyers.

By entering your full postcode, Go-OffMarket will be able to match you with the best High Street agents in your area.

Am I contracted to Go-OffMarket?

Not at all. It’s a free to use platform, you may deactivate your profile at any point.

Yes, you can register as both  seller and buyer. You can choose to register as a buyer at any time from the ‘Profile’ section – ‘Register as a buyer’ in your dashboard. You can easily switch between profiles from your current dashboard at any time.

What are off-market sales?




Off-market sales are when an agent connects a hot buyer with a new property before loading it up online. Go-OffMarket provides you with a platform to quickly and easily connect you with potential sellers and buyers at any point in their property journey.



How does this platform work?




Go-OffMarket is a new platform which allows sellers and buyers to connect with local agents via their own personal dashboard, offering a secure, real time messaging service. As an agent, by signing up to represent a particular postcode, you will be alerted to any sellers or buyers registering within that area and have the opportunity to start conversations with them instantly.



How many postcodes can I choose to represent and what does it cost?


You can be registered as a Go-OffMarket Agent in any postcode you have an office located in.


We offer a free trial periode for each new agent. Please register interest or contact us to discuss options.


After the free trial periode the price of each postcode is £250 per month, based on an annual subscription contract.
